Objective:
Create easy-to-use student wellness book for classroom teachers based off Mindful Practices' professional development programs.
I teamed up with Carla Tantillo, founder of Mindful Practices to co-develop the book Student Wellness in 8-10 Minutes Each Day. She put together the bulk of the content and I handled the overall project managment, design, layout and prepress print production. In the second edition of the book I developed a Yogi mascot to demonstrate yoga poses and appear periodically through the book to offer additional classroom management tips.
